Poll: Surprised About Trade Deadline Inactivity?
The trade deadline is over and surprisingly nothing really happened. Save for a few low profile trades like the ones of Anthony Johnson, Alan Henderson and also the Fred Jones for Juan Dixon one, the trade deadline was strangely quiet considering that this time of the season is usually filled with last minute trades. Sometimes the trade deadline has been seen as a means to improve a team enough to even win it all. The Rasheed Wallace trade to Detroit back in 2004 did exactly, that.
A bunch of high profile guys have been involved in trade talks all season long including guys like Kevin Garnett, Pau Gasol, Vince Carter, Jason Kidd and Mike Bibby. Absolutely none of them got traded. So what do you think about this relative inactivity? Please vote!
